How Vegetables and fruits are good for skin

Take in same quantity of  Radish juice and Tomato juice and mix 2 drops of lemon juice and apply it to face and neck. Wash off with cold water after half-an-hour. Doing this 3-4 times a week make skin glow.

Mix 2 tsps of potato paste, 2 drops of olive oil and tsp of papaya paste and apply it to face and neck. Wash off with lukewarm water after 20min. 

Take some Rice semolina and add 1 tsp of honey and lemon juice, 2 tsp of papaya paste, 2 drops almond oil. mix them well and apply it to whole body and massage as you do for bath powder.  Doing this twice or trice a week will remove dead cells and dirt from the body and makes it smooth and glowing.

Take some Grapes and mash them with hand and take same quantity of Orange juice, 1/2tsp honey, 1tsp milk. Mix them well and apply to face, neck and hands and wash off as it get dry with lukewarm water. Doing this daily will improve skin tone.

Mix 1/2 cup curd,  1tsp sugar, and use it as face pack. This clears face deeply and makes it look fresh.

Add egg white and mashed grapes and mix it well and add 2 tsp sesame oil and apply it to hair. This will make hair soft and shiny.
